Terms of Service

Last updated 28 October 2026

1. Agreement

By creating a StructCHA workspace or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

StructCHA is a phase-gated project management platform including workspaces, departments, client request portals, file storage, meetings and AI-assisted planning. Features may change as we improve the product; we'll give reasonable notice of material removals.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping sign-in details confidential and for all activity in your workspace. Workspace admins control who is invited and what role they hold. Tell us immediately at security@structcha.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Free trial

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, paid features pause until a plan is selected. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable, through PayFast or other listed gateways. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Failed payments may result in the workspace being placed in read-only mode until settled.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or where we materially fail to provide the service, in which case contact billing@structcha.co.za within 14 days.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use StructCHA to break the law, upload malware, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other organisations' data, resell the service without permission, or overload our infrastructure.

8. Your content

You own all projects, files and data you put into StructCHA. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train public AI models.

9. Third-party services

Integrations such as payment gateways, meeting bots and AI models are provided by third parties under their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability.

10. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms. You can export your data before closing your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
